Shipping policy
This page explains how and when we ship orders placed on this site.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order. The total you see at checkout is final: nothing is added for shipping or handling.
Where we ship from and to
Ships from: United States warehouse. We ship to addresses in the United States.
Order cut-off time
Orders placed by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day start processing that day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or public holiday, start on the next business day.
Handling time
We pack each order and hand it to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday) of the order being confirmed.
Transit time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 5 business days, depending on the carrier and where you live.
Total delivery time
From the day you order to the day it arrives, expect about 5 to 7 business days.
Carriers
Orders travel by standard service with national carriers.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first update.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before the order ships. After that, our return and refund policy applies.
Wrong or incomplete address
If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange sending it again.
Packages marked as delivered
If the carrier shows your package as delivered and you cannot find it, tell us and we will help you take it up with the carrier. We cannot take responsibility for packages lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery.
